The Local Authority Debt Enforcement & Recovery (LADER) is the first forum of its kind designed to assist Local Authorities manage their debt recovery efforts.

Its purpose is for colleagues and their peers to share policies and ideas within a secure community to drive best practice and maximise department efficiencies.

Debt recovery within Local Authorities is an increasing issue and challenging legislation makes it difficult to understand and always get right. Our aim is to share knowledge, improve practices and raise standards across the industry, providing clear and simple advice for local authorities across the UK.

LADER’s panel of three experts, John Kruse, Philip Evans and Jamie Waller will be contributing to the site regularly and are also available to give free confidential advice.  They are available to answer questions in reference to best practice and legislation via the forum.
